Payment Policy

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee that the order will be accepted or dispatched.

Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent WorthKart from cancelling an order if an issue is identified during further verification.

Product Availability

All products listed on WorthKart are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and stock availability updated; however, there may be situations where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.

If an ordered product is unavailable, WorthKart may contact the customer regarding the available options. Depending on the circumstances, the unavailable product may be cancelled and the applicable amount may be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Verification

To protect customers and the platform from unauthorized or suspicious transactions, WorthKart may verify certain orders before processing or dispatching them.

Verification may include checking:

Payment Failure

If a payment attempt fails, is declined, cancelled, reversed, or remains incomplete, the order may not be confirmed or processed until successful payment is received, where applicable.

Customers should avoid making repeated payment attempts if an amount has already been debited but the order status has not been updated. In such cases, customers should contact WorthKart customer support with the relevant transaction or order details so that the payment status can be checked.

Pricing and Pricing Errors

WorthKart makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and other applicable charges displayed on the website or app are accurate. However, technical errors, system issues, data-entry mistakes, or other circumstances may occasionally result in incorrect pricing or product information.

If an order is placed with an incorrect price due to an obvious error, WorthKart reserves the right to review and, where appropriate, cancel the order. If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled for this reason, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.

Order Cancellation by WorthKart

WorthKart reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in situations involving:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Incorrect or obvious pricing errors
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the WorthKart Return & Refund Policy and the applicable payment method or payment provider's processing timelines.

Refunds Related to Orders and Payments

If an order or part of an order is cancelled and a refund is applicable, WorthKart will process the refund according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, or financial institution involved.

Customers should retain their order number and payment transaction details until the order has been successfully completed or any applicable refund has been received.
