Payment security
Payment confirmation
- Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
- If your payment is successful but you do not receive confirmation, please contact our customer support.
Failed or declined
A payment may fail due to:
- Insufficient account balance
- Incorrect card or payment details
- Bank authorization issues
- Network or technical errors
- UPI timeout or transaction failure
If your payment fails, you can try again using the same or another payment method.
Refund
If a payment is successfully debited but the order is not confirmed or is cancelled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
